OUR REFUND AND & RETURN POLICY

Every accepted return must be unused and in its original condition, including all items and pieces from the first bundle. Because of an off-base establishment or customer blunder, the items being returned must not have been dismantled, mounted, or harmed. Autopart Expert is not responsible for any setup or work charges, towing fees, additional repair costs, or rental vehicle fees incurred as a result of this agreement. After you’ve accepted your package, go through all of the bundles and look for any missing, damaged, or incorrect pieces. If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT acknowledge the package and have the shipper return it to the sender as soon as possible. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, contact the transportation organization as soon as possible to have the package returned to the sender. After our distribution center receives your parts, discounts are usually made and credited within 24 – 48 hours. The discount will be applied to the installment method you used to purchase the item(s) you requested once the returned part(s) has been assessed and handled.
